Econexus E.E. (Fragkokklisias 41A, Greece, email: info@econexus.gr) is the Data Controller responsible for the processing of personal data collected through the Econexus platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”).
2. Purpose of Data Processing
The Platform collects and processes user data for the following purposes:
– Account creation and user authentication.
– Communication regarding Platform services and updates.
– Collection of browsing and interaction data to generate analytical reports for supplier clients.
– Facilitating professional contact between engineers and suppliers upon consent.
3. Data Collected
The data collected may include:
– Name and company name.
– Corporate email address and, optionally, phone number.
– Browsing history and interaction activity within the Platform.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Processing is based on:
– User consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) for the collection and analysis of browsing data.
– Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) for the improvement of Platform functionality and communication between professionals.
5. Data Retention
Personal data are retained for as long as the user maintains an active account or until consent is withdrawn. Browsing data may be anonymized and used for statistical purposes after account deletion.
6. Data Sharing
Econexus E.E. may share professional data (such as company name, professional email, and browsing interest) with supplier clients, strictly for professional communication purposes and only with prior consent.
