Terms Of Service – Econexus E.E

 

1. Introduction
Econexus E.E., based at Fragkokklisias 41A, Greece, operates the Econexus platform (“Platform”), which provides information on certified green building materials and enables engineers and suppliers to connect professionally. By accessing and using the Platform, users fully accept these Terms of Service.

2. Platform Users
The Platform is intended for two categories of users:
– Engineers: register for free and use the Platform to find and contact suppliers.
– Suppliers: companies that register following a specific offer and annual subscription to promote their products.

3. Subscriptions and Payments
The annual supplier subscription fee is determined per case by written agreement with Econexus E.E. Payments are made via bank transfer or other approved methods. Subscription fees are non-refundable once activated.

4. Data and Privacy
Data collection and processing are governed by the Econexus E.E. Privacy Policy, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). By accepting these Terms, the user acknowledges and agrees to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

5. Use of the Platform
Users must use the Platform solely for lawful professional purposes. Posting, publishing, or sharing content on the Platform is not permitted. Users may contact Econexus by email for suggestions or inquiries.

6. Data Sharing
Econexus E.E. may share professional information of engineers with suppliers for professional communication purposes, subject to the engineer’s prior consent as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer
Econexus E.E. bears no responsibility for the content, accuracy, or quality of information provided by suppliers, nor for any communication or transaction arising between engineers and suppliers through the Platform.

8. Account Termination
Econexus E.E. reserves the right to suspend or delete user accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Platform.

9. Intellectual Property
All Platform content (logos, texts, graphics, databases) is the intellectual property of Econexus E.E. and is protected under Greek and EU law.

10. Governing Law – Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Greek law. The Courts of Athens shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the use of the Platform.
